I have been purchasing goods and services over the internet for many years and until the 6th Septamber 2002 have never had a problem.

But I hadn't done business with Eclipse yet.

To cut a long story short, I ordered £500 worth of PC equipment and selected next working day delivery, arount rolls the 10th and no equipment. I telephone after 5 or 6 attempts I am finally on hold, then another 20 minutes later I speak to an uniterested person saying this is the consignment number call parcel force. Parcel force say it has gone missing you need to contact the supplier to re-request delivery and they must start a claim. And thats where the problems started. They never answer the phone, they frequently cut you off while on hold, they do not answer emails and are rude and unhelpful. They will not resend goods thet you have paid for until they get their money back from the courier, looking after themselves rather than the people that pay their bills! I finally got proof from parcel force that the itewm had been lost and that under no circumstances would the goods be delivered to me. I faxed that conformation to them with the assurance that I would be called back the moment they received the fax...HA HA HA, I am currently on the phone to them, I have been cut off twice and on hold for ever!!!

I asked them to return my money! They said NO, I asked them to resend the goods, they said NO...What do they do.

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....THEY ARE UNHELPFUL AND RUDE.

By law I am in title to my opinion and by reading this discalimer you wave your right to take legal action gainst me.
