-if you expect rock bottom prices, and a wonderful customer service you need to wake yourself from that deep sleep you have lost yourself in

-if you want a cup of herbal tea while you wait in line at a customer services que, go to PC World and pay double prices

-if not, accept that smaller firms can offer rock bottom prices for a reason; by keeping their overheads down and, generally running the firm on the bare essentials, which, occasionally may result in upsetting a customer, such as yourself - big deal.


Face it, a firm that concentrates soley on providing their customers with brilliant, rock bottom, prices are going to be less tuned in to providing as-good-a customer service, else they wouldnt be able to provide these prices in the first place
