Disadvantages: poor after sales , no after sales, whats after sales ?

Ordered 2 complete PC hardware set ups from them, they are cheap, but dont communicate well if (when) your order is delayed.

If you have any Hadware problems - forget it. My PSU failed after about 2 weeks on the 3.3 v supply, it was a gradual fault (monitored by PC Alert 111) that eventually lead to the VDU card failing first or the system freezing etc when in use. I explained all this, they tested the PSU by putting it in another PC & switching it on for a few minutes then wanted to charge me £10 !!!!!

Still no replacement PSU - its your choice save a few quid and risk major headache !!!!!
