Disadvantages: cheap but duff products, evil business manner, service dept thug

First impression good as shop full of people. Bought PC memory which was cheap up front but dear overall. Things went rapidly downhill from there.

Fitted correctly and PC blew up !!! Smell of electrical burning - catastrophic result. Note :Memory was fitted correctly

Took back to shop and large and overpowering service dept rep used every reason under the sun to refuse a refund (just for memeory). Every excuse was lame !

Don't worry Eclipse you have been reported to Trading Standards.

Pathetic people, will never use again.
