I have bought computer components from Eclipse computers Coventry for about ten years now, from when they first had a small shop in radford next to an off license, and when they moved to a larger premises near Coventry's large halfords to the present day and their large premises near the canal basin. Unfortunately as the bussiness has grown the customer service has gotten progresively worse, I bought a 15 Inch TFT monitor from them, only to find that some of the pixels weren't displaying I took it back after around a week, only to be told by their customer service that it was normal not to have pixels working on a TFT monitor, I was also told that because I hadn't bought the monitor back within three days that I couldn't swap it even though I have 14 days statury rights. I told them I wasn't leaving the shop until I had a replacement, and I also asked to see the manager, after much debate I was finally offered a replacement.
I must have been in the shop an hour and a half at least before I left.

The monitor was about £225.00 and to have missing pixels on the screen to me was unacceptable especially when one was near the middle of the screen and stuck out like a sore thumb!.
Inspite of this I felt Eclipse made me feel the problem was my fault and they found me an annoyance for wanting a replacement, I will seriously think about buying from them again.
Eclipse Computers support has to be one of the worst in the U.K. and I felt I was very poorly treated by them, especially when I have spent thousands of pounds with them over the years.

Summary:
