Dreadful company to do business with, they have poor product knowledge, abysmal customer support and are basically a rip-off. If you have to return faulty goods it will be at your own cost and you will never see them again.
Coventry Trading Standards might be interested in these cowboys.

My daughter bought me a vantec vortex hard drive cooler for xmas this item was broken when i opened it on contecting Eclipse they told us to send item back for examination they told us we had pushed control dial in and warranty void THIS IS THE WORST FIRM I HAVE EVER HAD TO CONTACT AND DEAL WITH DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE NO STARS

I mostly go to the shop itself to pick up the pieces and the service there is very helpful, with the people there knowing their products. I've had no problems , Phoned up for a couple of raid drives yesterday and they put them aside for me for collection ,no deposit, no problems ,they were waiting for me when I arrived , always had helpfull advice and recommendations.. I found them a good lot all round ! I believe they may have had some problems during expansion but since the new premises have been developed, they have been 100 %

I have been using eclipse for nearly 9 years. I have had only minor problems in them years. I have only been registered as a business customer with them for 6 months. The main reason i use them is because of the pricing on parts and delivery, they dont add £5 on for next day and the website is easy to find your way round.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a complete computer system from this company, for my kids Christmas. When I set it up on Christmas Eve it just kept crashing. I can't agree with the negative comments, I placed an order on Monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning. Item was correct, as described and worked fine. No problems. They didn't send a mail saying the item had been despatched but it isn't the end of the world. I would certainly buy from Eclipse again.
