The worst customer service imaginable. Do not risk your hard earned cash with these incompetetants. I ordered 200 CD jewel cases from them. Read reviews after placing a telephone order for a 2GB RAM increase for my PC, so got a bit worried. No need. Goods as ordered arrived on Monday, were ordered on the previous Thursday. Subsequently I can recommend Eclipse, both mail order and Technical support. Only glitch is the telephone line response time,which can take about 15 minutes.

Utter garbage. They lied to me about when they would have my order in stock, then they shipped it over a week late with 1 (crucial) item missing. Customer service is a complete joke with no apology given. I'll never use them again, and I'll tell anyone else to avoid them like the plague. Absolutely useless ! I placed an order with them for an alarm system which their website told me would be in stock. They replied saying the items were not in stock and had no idea when they would be in stock? The alarm bells are still ringing in my head from their service - not my alarm system !!

Great to hear someone who has the situation exactly right! just to add some of their suppliers feel the same way as some goods delivered to them cannot be left without receiving a cheque first!!
