I ordered what looked to be a very good value system with Eclipse because their website offered 3-5 day delivery, unlike their competitors who's websites admitted that they could only manage 10 days.
Eclipse took the cash then, only after being chased by me, admitted that delivery would be 14-16 days!
I obviously only ordered with Eclipse because they lie.

Like the previous author, I wish I had looked into the company and researched before buying. I purchased a lap top computer for my son who has just started university. All was well. Worst company ever!! Order stock online, paid premium delivery costs, waited five days, then called and was told they were ordering stock in two days time(!!?). Rang back to see if stock was ordered, they told me no so i demanded a refund - they accepted that. Now been waiting 10 days for refund and was told they aren't actioning any refunds for another two days!! Worst service ever, please, please avoid totally!!!!

I wish I had done an on-line search before dealing with this so called retailer.
