The Sony Store have a large of presence of nationwide stores located in most major towns & cities. They sell a range of products by Sony focusing specifically on TV's, audio equipment & camera/camcorders. A wider selection of products such as their range of laptops is available online.

I've got to say the service offered by the staff in store is second to none. You're never left browsing for very long before being approached by a member of staff asking if you require any help. In addition, when you do ask them questions about their products, they do seem to be fairly knowledgeable about them, unlike some other big high street retailers of electronics like Currys and Comet.

When I was recently browsing their range of TVs in my local store, the member of staff helping was very good in highlighting the features and benefits of the various different models on offer.

In addition to this great service you know you're going to get a high quality product with a name like Sony, their extra care service in addition is really good in my expeience too. However you do pay a price for all this. You will find the same item even from another big brand still quite a bit cheaper.

It just depends whether you think that extra quality and service is worth being extra for?
