Elizabeth Arden hardworking Toner I have been using some of the elizabeth arden products for some time now and find that they usually deliver their promises. WHAT IS THIS? This toner is meant for oilier skin types and will apparently interpret skin problems as well as exfoliate the skin, clear away excess oil and relieve clogged pores. The toner is oil and fragrance free and is dermatologically tested. PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...
