Advantages: Excellent emergency skin reviver.

Disadvantages: Very gloopy; mind your clothes!

Ahh. Eight Hour Cream. I've had various tubes of the stuff on the go for about six years now, ever since I discovered it at the Duty Free.

If you've not come across it before, it's a little hard to categorise. It's of a similar texture to Vaseline, smells heavenly, and does all kinds of magic stuff to your skin. It's also a pretty darn good lip gloss.

The original claim for Eight Hour Cream was that it was supposd to heal minor skin abrasions in eight hours. While it's not *that* miraculous, it does a very good job of clearing up horrid dry bits overnight, and it's good on sunburn, chapped parts and bits that are rubbing. Don't use it in the day on your face; it's so shiny you'll look like you've been dunked in a vat of golden syrup. Just slap some on at night and wake up all dewy and moisturised. With a gooey pillowcase.
