Advantages: long lasting

Disadvantages: Not for every day use

Without professional advice or reading product reviews you would probably never really know what to do with this cream as the only instructions it comes with is 'apply liberally as often as neccessary'.

When I first heard about this cream it was hailed as a miracle multi-purpose cream that you could use to moisturise your face and lips and even as a highlighter on top of your make up. I personally would only use it as a face cream and only ever at night for a number of reasons.

Firstly, what comes out of the tube isn't cream as we know it, more of a thick waxy balm. It's quite heavy and takes a while to absorb into the skin. I personally put it on before I go to bed so when I wake up in the morning my skin is lovely and soft. It works wonders in winter when skin is more prone to getting chapped and dry. Also it smells very clinical, like something you would find in a hospital. For that reason I would never wear it on my lips, it doesn't taste great and no one will want to kiss you.

I have read that you can wear this cream as a highlighter, Again, this was something I didn't care for. Even though it does give you a great shine, it's very heavy and I felt like the cream was sealing the make up
into my pores.

One thing this cream does have going for it, despite it having a fairly expensive price tag I still believe it offers value for money. Because of the thick texture it means it is not a product you use frequently and when you do apply it you don't have to use lots in 1 go. Therefore it does last quite a long time.

Summary: Excellent for dry skin sufferers or to combat the effects of winter
