	Hays ... ve recently started work for Hays Education doing day to day supply teaching, so covering teachers that have called in sick for example. I don t believe in writing reviews just to have a moan and hope this is a helpful review. The main concern I have with this agency is their payroll department; I have worked for agencies on and off for 7 years and thought it standard that you are paid the Friday after the week you have worked. Hays operates a payonline system that, in theory, should be great, but I still can t grasp what benefit it has. 	Office Angels ... ve recently finished temp work with Office Angels (Sutton Coldfield branch (recently relocated from W-ton)) and would recommend anyone looking for work to give them a go. I initially trawled the agencies looking for summer work in 2007 and admittedly walked into OA in jeans and with hair scraped back, gave a CV to someone that worked there and never heard a thing. Summer 2008 I spent a day going round agencies again but dressed much more suitably i.e. as a professional that someone would want to employ. 	Reed ... is a friendly recruitment branch to become a member with because of their good vacancies available. Just yesterday I became a member here and registered with them to look for jobs. They were so kind with their help and even told me that my CV need changing.The consultant I spoke to showed me where to edit my CV and show me what needs changing. This was really friendly as this boosted my chances of finding a job now with them. On the scale of the last fortnight jobs here have appeared to go up and they more available than others. They have a lot of jobs available in the local area now and the pay rate is good with the jobs being around 7 pounds a hour for temp work....
