My Opinion of Adecco (Adecco)

Advantages: Fast placement.

Disadvantages: Poor Communication, Poor pay habits, Lack of qualified individuals in the office I went to.

While Adecco strives to provide the services they offer- they do so rather poorly in my opinion. I signed up with Adecco a little over a year ago after being laid off from a long standing position. I never used their services. A little over a month ago I found myself again in need of employment and decided to give Adecco a try rather than wait to hear from standard HR representatives (Christmas was coming)

After a brief bout of tests I was offered placement at a local warehouse and I felt I was being treated well and I was in good hands.

Shortly after starting my new position things started to go awry. The employees of Adecco gave me a small sheet, filled with the hours I was supposed to work- but due to the lack of communication with the client I was told to "go home" take "VTO" and that I had been given the wrong schedule. There is a SEVERE lack of communication between the client and Adecco. It got to the point during my tenure that I did not even know who I was supposed to report to and I was being told to do several different jobs, including janitorial labor. The mix up finally reached a breaking point and I tried to contact the young lady from Adecco that initially gave me the offer. I left a message with said individual and tried calling for several days. After about five messages I told the office I was not going to wait for this person to return- (she claimed she had been on vacation and had not received my messages upon return to the office.


I will never again use Adecco's services- and I wold strongly rec omened you feel the same way. over a month later I am STILL trying to get them to remit payment for the hours I was told to work.

Summary: Unsatisfied, Would not remomend under any circumstances.
