Advantages: Vacancies available
Disadvantages: You need to get 90 percent in their test to be registered
Being in the need of a job I have tried out a few agencies recently and one of them has been Blue Arrow. They have many jobs listed outside their shop window with a number of jobs in different sectors available.
The main branch I have visited is in Manchester and that has been a success for me.On my visit here I had to fill out few details and then go finish a test on the computer.Once that was done on the computer I was given a small interview and sent home.
Managed to get a temporary job of them to work in a call centre. I can comment on how fast they are in making payment they are good to say the least about them! I have enjoyed working for them as they provided some fantastic help on my job. At the end of each day they gave me a phone call to make sure I was doing well at the job. Also every payment was done early into my bank account on a Friday afternoon and wage slips were sent home fast.
They also pay you for overtime at a good rate but its limited to a few jobs only. I think Blue Arrow are very friendly to every member that joins up with them. They are one of few recruitment companies I have had success with and would recommend them to any one who has not yet signed up with them.
Summary: Lot of jobs available
