i was supposed to start a job at the bank as a csr 2 weeks ago, about a month ago i had all the interviews and manpower told me that i was accepted for the position, they had about a month to work on my background check which they did not finish on time, now 2 weeks after i was supposed to start, they told me that the background check is still not done, which is a total lie, because i called that company that does the background check and they had finished the background check and it was sent off about a week ago, and manpower also added that i cannot work for the bank if i missed any payment from any bills on time, so now im sitting here frustrated, jobless, did all this work for nothing??? seriously they made me go round and round. so the lesson here is always try to actually work for the company instead of going through 3 rd party hr companies that dont really care.
