Advantages: driving you towards something better cose they treat you so badly

Disadvantages: far to many to list read main profile

Asda where to start... I was an employee there or colleague as ASDA desperately want to be like the americans for some unknown reason.

While I was there I saw some shocking things in short as a warning to anyone who would conmsider working for them and this is purely my personal experience and you should use it only as supporting information.

ASDA are only interested in targets and have no respect or consideration for people who work for them

They have a feeling of supremacy over everything including european and british law feeling that these rules do not apply to them

They only promote those that from what I can see are either bone idel, totally usless or personal faveroutes to managers consequently leading to the most usless managers you will ever have the misfortune to meet.

Minimum wage is all they pay which can be got anywhere this is regardless of bank holidays or overtime which at least some places pay a little more for or demonstarate some level of appreciation at the very least.

They promote all these wonderful things that they do for the community and colleages which are just another way of hiding the real crap of the organisation. the "perks" you soon find out arn't so wonderful because they take away with the other hand

In short it's a job that only the most outcast and stupid of people would consider staying in and i'm sure there's nobody that stupid best avoided.

oh the one good thing they did for me was treating me like shit so much that it drove me to look for something else after starting a new course i'm really happy and potentially going to earn double what the managers get at my bottom level!
Thanks ASDA hope to never come accross you again.
