Similar experience with BA. Cancelled flight (Salburg - LHA), lmited communications, minimal overnight subsistence and an absolute refusal to reimburse rescheduled taxi costs.
The ofer of vouchers to possibly repeat an abysmal service is an insult to to the profession of all employed in 'customer services'
