I was looking for a job and went via a recruitment agency, they prepped me good before i went for the two stage interview. They told me what to say and how to behave, lots of it was obvious and alot of the info was some insider stuff. I switched to Talk Talk from NTL Broadband and it worked OK for two days then ceased working altogether - the so-called diagnostic software is of the "restart the computer and see if that works" ilk. The only remaining option was to call what they laughably term customer service. The response: "We are experincing heavy call volumes [really?] and all [read "both"] of our customer service advisers are assisting other customers. Please try again later [click!]." Hi guys, firstly thanks a lot for giving my first review really a large number of feedback, it has made me so excited to write another review very shortly after that one.
