I switched to Talk Talk from NTL Broadband and it worked OK for two days then ceased working altogether - the so-called diagnostic software is of the "restart the computer and see if that works" ilk. The only remaining option was to call what they laughably term customer service. The response: "We are experincing heavy call volumes [really?] and all [read "both"] of our customer service advisers are assisting other customers. Please try again later [click!]."
