if you want reliable products and good customer service: The Dixons Group (Dixons, PC World, The Link and Currys etc) have poor customer service. That is all I can say. As others of you have mentioned, they will hlp you find the right product instore but online no-chance. They take ages to reply (if they ever do). Follow up customer service is even more terrible.
