If you take a look at KPMG's website you'll find loads of information about the job, and the firm, just like many of the other graduate recruiters. They key difference is when you come to actually apply. The whole process takes place online now. There are some questions about yourself, but the majority of the form asks you to rate statements applying to you, and then in blocks say which in the block applies the most and which the least. On the basis of this you will hear from them by e mail whether you have a first interview. In my case I heard from them in about a day, and I think there response times are supposed to be fast in general.

The rest of the recruitment process is more standard, but all communication with you about it is done by email.

A very positive step forward and an attempt to do things a little differently. The online form took far less time to complete than a traditional one would have done.
