Im currently an employee within Rolls-Royce plc and have been so since I left school. Rolls-Royce plc makes and repairs aero-engines- not cars as some believe it does. I joined Rolls-Royce as an apprentice which included 4 years of training in engineering. This involved both practical skills like welding, CNC operation etc and academic skills (NC & HNC in Engineering).
