Advantages: Some Great Staff and Great Pay

Disadvantages: The managment of the store is all Bad

My review is on the Tesco Metro in Nottingham (victoria Centre),

Ive been working for Tesco for around 1 year now, and have got a good idea about it. Firstly the Money is Brill (around £6.70) which is the highest paying supermarket and MOST of the staff are fun to work with . BUT on other hand in Tesco Metro nottingham the staff are so arrogant (some Team Leaders and most older staff) . and the Duty Manager (Rob) is so unorganised it is pathetic magangment for the store, he firstly lies about things to the Tesco Union also he one time forgot to put this other employees Application through Personel so when it was pay day she didnt get her wages and had to borrow of the wages office. But now she will have to pay it back and have 10x more tax due to higher income. also another employee who has been working there couple of month is still waiting for his uniform... still waiting to do his contract.... this rob is pathetic he dont kno what he is on with.

also Tesco Metro Nottingham have one rule for one and other rules for diffrent people pending if they like you or not. they say your meant to be all equal .... it is like that in tesco metro Nottingham. At the momment our checkouts have no big bags .... yes this isnt a big thing but the store manager did it suddenly so our customers didnt know before hand then got to the checkouts and flipped at the cashiers when it wasnt the cashiers fault.

The store just needs closing down refurbing and get totally new managment in and new team Leaders / Duty Managers. I have never worked in a place like it.

Me and 4 other members of staff are thinking about quiting and are looking for a diffrent place to work due to not being happy at all in tesco Metro Nottingham.

Last thing DONT THINK ABOUT COMING TO TESCO METRO NOTTINGHAM
