no!no! Hair Removal System
by Seredipity I'm going to be extremely scathing about this item. I think it's one of the biggest swizzes I've ever come across. It doesn't work. I was swimming a lot at the time I bought this, so I thought it would be good to not have to shave as much, especially around the more sensitive areas of the body... Having read all ... the marvellous claims and seen it being demonstrated on shopping TV, I allowed myself to be persuaded to buy it. I really should have saved my money. I used it for a couple of months. It did absolutely nothing to reduce or halt hair growth. It was extremely fiddly to use. After use you have a layer of toasted skin to deal with, which needs to be moistured as it gets dried out and flaky. Not a good look. It's tedious to use and takes ages to do something like a leg. It's very, very difficult and frustrating to use on areas of skin, like the armpits or the bikini line, which aren't entirely flat. In fact, impossible, I'd say. You have to learn the technique of keeping it moving at a certain rate for it to work without stuttering and cutting out. The interchangeable heads supplied are expensive to purchase, something like £18 for a set of 5, and they don't last more than a few hours each. Given that it can take an hour to do the legs, and that you are supposed to keep doing this almost every day, it would cost a fortune to use, especially as there was no appreciable slowing down of hair growth as is claimed. Now, I was very assiduous in following the instructions to try to get the desired result. I kept at it faithfully for about two months. As you can tell, I gave up in disgust. It's yet another of these unproven "scientific" products which exploits the consumer and makes claims that simply aren't delivered. Shall I say it again? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! no!no! Hair Removal System
by cupkate89 I heard about the No! No! Hair Removal system on QVC but was sceptical as to whether or not it would actually work, but I was excited to think that it would. I HATE shaving my legs, I get terrible shaving rash, it takes me forever, razor blades are expensive and I'm always forgetting to do it. So when I heard ... about this I wanted to try it. At £139.99 though it wasn't a cheap decision and I thoroughly researched it on the internet. I read the reviews on here, on QVC and even found some on You Tube. All the reviews seemed to be mixed, some people loved it, some people said it was a waste of time. In fact, I think most people said it was a waste of time but did I listen? No No! I ordered off QVC thinking I would try it for 30 days and return it if I didnt like it. It came in a nice little box, with the No! No! itself (I got the pink one), the power adaptor, 4 'hot blades', a buffer and a pouch. There was also an instruction booklet and a DVD. I was very excited when I first received it and gave it a go straight away. It took a lot longer than I expected, about 10 minutes just to do a small part of the front of my leg. But I thought I would percivere. After about 40 minutes I still hadn't done even half of one leg and gave up. I then got in the bath to shave the rest of my legs and OUCH! It really stung where I had been using the No! No!. I did try using this a few more times (without getting in the bath afterwards) but I found it very difficult to use. It is very easy on the front part of your leg, but when you get to the back of your leg - you can't see what you are doing, and it seems to 'sink' into your leg muscle (I don't have fat legs I'm a size 6!!) and it is really hard to do. Anyway my 30 days passed and I didn't end up returning it so I am £139.99 out of pocket and an unhappy bunny. I have gone back to shaving my legs, which now seems so much easier. Please please don't do what I did and start dreaming that you have found the solution! I got caught up in the advertising and didn't listen to my head. All in all, this is completely useless. I wonder if I could sell it on Ebay...? Read the complete review |

no!no! Hair Removal System
by Jhunt1000 I have epilated and shaved for years and after searching for the next best thing that wasn't going to break the bank i decided on the No No! With it having reviews of no pain i was sold and with the price being half of a laser hair removal machine it seemed very attractive. The device is cute and small easy for travel and the reviews ... were right it doesn't hurt. There was a smell of burnt hair though when using it! After using the No No for two months i haven't really seen any growth reduction and with me having to use the item every couple of days on full legs, arms, underarms and bikini it is becoming to much. I will continue to use the product for another month or so to see any difference as i do have a lot more hair growth than other people i know. Read the complete review |
