If i were asked if i would reccomend this to a friend i would say deffinately not.

My partner got lazer hair removal on his face to eliminate the hairs high on his cheeks and it worked well in just 3 sessions. so when i saw this i thought i have to give it a go!

well when i got it home i was very excited and immediately went through the instructions which were good. they explained how the applience worked, why you should shave before use and how to use the machine.

Firstly it looks very professional with a small set of keys to switch the unit on. it also has a special "safety lock code" this is a combination of buttons pressed before the machine will work. so i pluged the unit in, stuck in the key and i was ready for off. i first did the patch test as instructed through all the lazer levels and waited 24 hours to check for adverse reaction, nothing so i was ready to go. i shaved as instructed and used the unit on its highest stregnth it took forever to do my under arm area. when i finished i used aloe gel as they did in the professional clinic. the next week i did the same procedure again, then the week after and i carried on for 22 weeks and absolutely no difference what so ever!. the hair is black and my skin is very pale so i was an "ideal candidate" and yet not a single hair shed.

i gave the unit to my friend to try and she perservered and used it every day fof 6 weeks and nothing for her either!

Anyway about the machine
Comes with two small keys to turn the unit on and off
has a security code combination of buttons to activate the lazer
has the option to target a single hair or scan and target many
has two pins on the head so that the lazer will not activate unless pressed against the skin.
the unit does get slightly warm during use, the plug gets very warm.

the machine is easy to use and is conceptually an excellent idea however it just doesnt work as the lazer is not strong enough. i suggest you invest the money in some waxing treatments or an epilator as this unit does not work and is not worth the money at all.
