Cookworks Espresso Maker CM0016:
... love my coffee, especially if there happens to be a choccie biscuit in the offering too. I have found the big name coffee makers to be very expensive so Iwas on the look out for something cheap.Little did I know that I d be purchasing a great machine for a mere £13.75. A couple of months ago we purchased the Cookworks CM0016 from argos on special offer, they now sell for around £16 which in my opinion is still on... Read the full review: Dream Machine by Donf18 |

Philips Senseo ... morning found me and hubby trawling around their supermarket again. Why he felt the need to accompany me heaven alone knows, it s one of the few supermarkets I visit that I can actually manage to park unaided, there s always a space or three for me to fit my car into so hubby is totally redundant when I go here. Anyway we had no sooner set foot through the door and his face set into its long suffering, I m only here under protest, expression. I m sure he does this to gain a sympathy vote or two, and it s totally unnecessary, but that s men for you. He brightened up considerably as we made our way down the first aisle, no not the tempting array of fruit and veg,... Read the full review: It makes Senseo by grannygarden |

Gaggia Classic Coffee ... a difficult person to buy presents for, so when I mentioned to my husband last summer that I liked the idea of an espresso machine it was inevitable that one would appear on my birthday. He went for what seemed to him to be the best of the domestic machines – the Gaggia Classic - as it‘s a well-built basic machine with none of the frills which rarely get used and have the potential to cause problems. It will also make a cappuccino, but not a filter coffee. The Classic is also one of the most powerful domestic machines – water is forced through the ground coffee with 17.5 bar of pressure. To give you some idea of how powerful this is, my central heating operates at... Read the full review: Gaggia Classic Design Problems by SueMagee |

Magimix L'Espresso Filter Automatic ... deliberated over whether to buy the Gaggia Classic at around £250 or this Magimix. After finding it on special offer on the deliaonline website for £119 I decided it was worth a try. It takes up more room than the Gaggia because it also has a coffee perculator, however we have a large kitchen and it looks very smart. We went for the one with the chrome front. It is extremely easy to use and the instruction book is clear and well written. I have lived in Italy so know what a good espresso and cappucino should taste like. It makes extremely good espresso with a good thick crema on the top. It froths milk like a dream and it s all very easy to clean. It makes excellent per...
