Advantages: Quality, reliability, looks and ease of use.

Disadvantages: None that I can think of.

The machine is German and looks about as good as those costing twice as much. It arrived within five days and had simple, clear instructions. It has single and double shot filters as well as one for pods. A steam outlet froths milk very well. Since it arrived I have not resorted to instant coffe at all. It is quick and easy. The expresso is very good and it makes super cappuccino. Twin outlets allow for two cups to be made at one go and it takes a good amount of water in the neat and easy to use reservoir. The whole machine is comfortingly solid and from switching it on to producing coffee takes about four minutes.
I rate this machine very highly both for results and for looks. It is even easy to keep clean - so easy that I do it myself! Would I make the same choice again? Definitely!
