Gaggia Espresso de Luxe

I have recently become the proud owner of a Gaggia Espresso Deluxe coffee maker, (won in a competition) and it is so good that I have become a coffee addict. It is very easy to use, nice colour, mine is a deep red, and makes one or two cups of either Espresso or Cappuccino, just like the ones in cafes all over the country. It has an attachment for frothing milk, takes a bit of practice but it is fun while you are learning, skimmed is the best milk to use, less fat more froth. Varying the strength of your coffee is adjusted by how much you use and it holds enough water to make 6-8 cups depending on how big or small they are.
