I have this with the Aeroccino as well. It is a very professional set up and well presented. The instructions come in a binder and you get samples of the different strengths of coffee to try. Its relatively easy to use; you fill the back part with cold water, flush it through the system, pop a capsule in the top, press the lever down and activate the water to be pumped through. Its as simple as that. The aeroccino that is optional with it, froths and heats milk for lattes and cappaccinos if wanted. There are many different types of coffee to be used with this, but the only down side is you have to order direct from nescafe and pay the ridiculous shipping each time you want more coffee. It would be nice if they sold it is store. You do get a nice presentation case to store the capsules in which looks nice, but its a matter of finding somewhere to store it! The look and build of this espresso maker is very good and it comes with slip resistant feet on the bottom of the machine. Another disadvantage is you need an espresso cup to fit under the head, it wont take and ordinary mug or cup, and the setting up before each use can take a while, and also you need to judge yourself for how much water to pump through rather than having an automatic switch off. This can sometimes lead to extremely watered down espresso if you aren't careful! It is relatively easy to clean, the capsules pop out into a container under the stand that the cup fits on, and the top of this is removable so easy maintenance. Overall it is a rather sleek and impressive machine and will definitely impress guests!
