      Very helpful

A great added extra for head clearing, head aches and migraines

First off I feel I must point out that although I requested this photograph I did not request the title of this review. I am reviewing not the tin of 3 products but just one of the pulse point rollers. The one I bought and use regulary is called Boots Botanics 'Time To Clear The Head'.

I bought it because I suffer with headaches and migraines and although I take medication for it I do like to try things along with medication that are sort of natural to help aliviate problems as well.

      The Rollerball:

Well the product itself is 10ml in size and comes in a dark brown see-through bottle with a small white plastic rollerball to the top of it and a screw on/off silver cap/lid to the top of that. Around the product there is a white and green label and on the front of that we are told that it is Aromatherapy Time To Clear The Head Pulse Point, Boots 'The Power Of Plants', Botanics. Other information on the back of the bottle gives us warnings, the size is stated (as I've listed already) and contact details for Boots are given.

      The Rollerball:

All you do to use this is to unscrew the cap and wipe the small smooth rollerball over your pulse points on your head, or like I do wherever I feel that I have pressure. It's a see through liquid that is dispensed it feels rather thick but wet and dries in seconds and doesn't feel like any greasy residue or anything is left on the skin at all.

The ingredients of this: Vitis vinifera seed oil, Prunus persica kernal oil, Simmondsia chinensis oil, Triticum vulgare germ oil, Litsea cubeba oil (naturally contains Limonene and Linalool), Metha piperita oil (naturally contains Limonene and Linalool), Tocopheryl Acetate (I've listed these as I know pretty much nothing about oils!) amounts to this. To my nostrils it has a a real lemon overtone which is fresh, clean and citrusy with a very slight menthol kick to it.

Rolling it on the skin does nothing for me at all. However once on the fragrance is uplifting, it helps to clear nasal passages slightly and really helps me breath more easily. The fragrance lingers about for ages to so gives its benefits for quite a while and although this doesn't (for me) cure anything it really helps to make me comfortable.

Being an aromatherapy product its safe for pretty much anyone to use of any age (though a list of warnings is of course given as there is always exceptions of course) and you can use it as often as you want to.

Handy dinky size to carry about with you, none harmful and effective.... I'm a huge fan of this product and keep it close to me more often than not!

Only available from Boots costing £4.55 per rollerball and it lasts ages!
