Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Concealer SP ... put the concealer on before my foundation, if I applied it over the top as recommended it dried a completely different colour (peachy) and looked patchy, it also made the texture of the foundation change. It didn t really do a great deal to cover my blemishes either, as I think when I put the foundation on over the top I may have spread it around a little, which really defeated the point! I m disappointed that I can t recommend this concealer, as I am a huge fan of Estee Lauder products in general. Perhaps I wasn t using it correctly but then, you shouldn t need a lesson in how to apply it. At £17 it is a little steep in price too, although I will say it lasts for ages.... Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation ... holy grail of a foundation! I ve lost count of the number of foundations I have tried over the years, most of them have either been too orange, too drying, not long lasting enough or worse, have broken me out. About a year ago I developed oily skin and a bad case of acne, I tried many foundations, mineral, powder, liquid. None of them gave me the coverage I needed without breaking me out, until this one. No matter what state my skin is in, dry, oily, spotty, this foundation glides on perfectly and covers every blemish, lasting from 8 in the morning until 8 at night. Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation ... is the only foundation I have used which actually stays on all day! The coverage is great, my face stays matte all day and it doesn t wipe off onto clothes. My face is left in good condition after the foundation is removed, not at all oily or dry as I have found with other foundations. The SPF10 is also reassuring as it removes the need for additional sun protection and you can rest assured that you have all the protection you need. The only down side I have found to the product is that it doesn t apply well with a foundation brush as you can see the brushlines on your face, it does blend in well with fingers.
