It happens about this time every year... the sun decides to show its face for a couple of days and the country unanimously decides it's now summer and girls all over the country whip out their brightly coloured summer dresses and men lose their tops (of course, this is more welcome in some cases than others - hairy men/ those with beer bellies, please keep those tops on!)
