Although WD are more developed in the US market, Western Digital has probably the best reputation for hard drives including portable memory. The Digital Passport series is no exception to the rule - I should know I have two from the Passport range and WD memory in my comp hard drive! It comes with a USB cable which plugs into the computer and no software is neccesary to get up and running. It also has some security features on it, although I tend not to use these so know little about it. The Passport edition is according to its name almost as small as a passport which means that it can fit into a larger pocket or very comfortably into your bag. One of the greatest features about this device is that there is no power cord needed the HD is powered via USB - so as soon as you plug it into your computer it is running and ready to use! It uses high speed data transfer through USB 2.0 and has ... Read the complete review
