      Wouldn't buy it again

I don't know about anyone else reading this review but I get have far too many late nights, drink and smoke and when it comes to my beauty routine I'm always on the look out for things that can 'pep' my skin up and make me look more alive and healthy!

Garnier of course is a well known brand of beauty products so when I saw 'Light' Roll On for under the eye area costing only a pound from Poundland I decided to give it a whirl as I have tried another eye roll on from this range in the past that cost me considerably more than this did so I simply had to give it a try out!

      The Packaging:

On the front and back of the white box we are shown a photograph of the actual product and we are told that it is Eye Innovation Garnier Skin Naturals, Light 'Caffeine + Pro-Vitamin B%' and that its an Eye Roll-On 'Anti-Puffiness, Anti Dark Circles' and that it contains a massaging roller to help drain puffiness 'Immediate Cooling Effect' and that it is Ophthlmologically Tested and then there is a small photograph showing us how to use it. Other information on the box includes being told a bit about the product and how it works and how to use it, the ingredients are listed, I am told the size I own is 15ml and contact details for L'Oreal are given. The bottle itself is light yellow with a small silver roller ball to the top of it with a clear plastic twist on/off cap/lid to the top of it then on the front of it we are told what it is once again and who it is by and on the back contact details for L'Oreal are once again given. I like the neat little bottle of this, its ease of use and even the fact it has a slight curve to the middle of the bottle making it easier for me to use is a nice little feature!

A Bit About the Product According To the Information Listed On The Box:

Is Garnier light eye roll-on right for me?

Yes if you are suffering from eye puffiness and dark circles that make your eyes dark, dull and tired.

      How does it work?:

Garnier Light Eye Roll-On is a massaging roll-on that combines caffeine and the draining effect of a massage to reduce puffiness and dark circles and brighten the eye contour. The formula is known for its stimulating properties on micro-circulation.

      Using It:

Well to use this we are told on the box we are best off using it first time in the morning and/or anytime when your eyes feel tired.

This is not a make-up product but a clear unfragranced wet gel and all you do is simply unscrew the lid/cap and very gently rub under the eyes with the small roller ball side to side and the liquid comes out very gently, not too wet and it dries unstuck very quickly indeed with no feeling on the skin at all.

This is meant to rejuvenate the eyes however although this is cooling when first applied it doesn't o anything long term for me at all. Does it work at helping diminish dark under eye circles though? Sorry to break the news to you no not for me one bit...it's a light formulation and too light to do a thing for me. I was hoping for a little moisturising under my eyes or some sort of gentle toning but no...sorry it did nothing for me whatsoever apart from initially and for a minute or two cooling down my eyes.

All in all in my opinion this wasn't even worth the pound I paid for it. I was hoping to use this direct on to my eyes and under make up as a little pick me up but its been completely pointless for me!

I paid a pound for mine but do expect to pay about £4.00 online (I haven's seen this on sale anywhere else at all) but I wouldn't bother hunting this one out to be honest!
