I wouldn't be without it now

I am only in my early thirties (I'm not going to tell you more than that!) but I am always on the lookout for something that will help to improve my skin, especially my eye area as this is where I suffer the most. I tend to gravitate towards dark circles occasionally, especially if I am feeling tired, it's 'that time' of the month or I've just been burning the candle at both ends.

For Christmas this year I had asked for some Origins 'A Perfect World for Eyes Moisture Treatment'. This isn't cheap, and really I wasn't sure if my partner was going to get me it, but he did, bless him! It retails at Boots for £28 for a rather small 15ml tube. (If you have an Advantage Card you will be credited with 112 points for this though, so that's a bit of a bonus). It can, however, be found elsewhere for a few pounds cheaper, such as Strawberry. net, but then you'll lose you Advantage Points, obviously.

This gorgeous gentle eye cream is suitable for all skin types and has been both dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested and is a real treat to use, albeit sparingly, as it is on the expensive side.

Without going on to list the entire ingredients of this cream, I'll explain the major ones - i.e. the ones that are going to be the most beneficial to the skin around the delicate eye area. The first one is Silver Tip White Tea. This is meant to block oxidation and helps to prevent the build up of toxins around the eye area, thus eliminating those horrible dark circles. The White Birch Extract is fantastic for helping to eliminate those nasty little wrinkles and fine lines before they develop into something more permanent. Mica and Vitamin A both brightens and firms the skin and prevents sagging and that awful crepey look you get after a night out (or is that just me?) The cream leaves my skin feeling gorgeous after just one application.

I use this cream by cleansing and toning as I normally would. I then use the pump dispenser to extract a (small) amount of the cream onto the tip of my ring finger and gently pat all around the eye area - I don't just apply this underneath my eye, I also use it on the lid and around the brow bone.

I swear this cream makes me look more awake and refreshed. It is a dream to apply. It is of a mid texture consistency and once applied to the skin it sinks in and leaves no greasy or sticky residue. Please take care not to rub the cream in or drag the skin around the delicate eye area - I always make sure to gently pat for the best results.

I have been using this cream on an almost daily basis now since I received it at Christmas and I am over the moon with the results. It is fast acting and I can honestly say nothing negative about it.

Wonderful stuff and perfect after a night out or when you have been burning the candle at both ends.

You must try this, you will love it just as much as I do.

I recieved a Pefect World gift set for Christmas containing the cleanser, moisturiser and skin guardian and as I loved these products so much, I decided to try out the eye cream. I must say, this is the best eye cream I have ever used.

      To use:
Gently pat under eyes after cleansing AM and PM.

It contains Silver Tip White Tea to help block oxidation (this is the main ingredient for the whole Perfect World range), Vitamin A to firm and tone the under eye area, Mica to brighten dark circles and White Birch Extract to reduce the appearance of new lines and wrinkles. All these ingredients go towards making up the perfect eye cream, that actually works!!

It leaves the skin firmer, with eyes looking smoother, renewed and relaxed. After just a week of using this, I noticed a huge improvement to the skin around my eyes. My dark circles had disappeared and my eyes looked so much firmer. This is a massive life saver if you didn't get much sleep the night before!!

Origins Perfect World for Eyes is avaliable at Origins counters in most department stores and also at www.origins.co.uk. It is slightly pricey, at £26.00 for a 15ml bottle, but it is worth it. As it is so concentrated, only a small amount is needed, so it will last aswell. I would also recommend signing up with origins online as they will send you e-mails informing you of any special offers or new products.

I would recommend this product to everyone, as it contains everything you could want from an eye cream and is suitable for all skin types.

Another great addition to the Perfect World Range

The Origins Perfect World Range has always been a firm favourite of mine; from it's fresh citrus smell to it's soft velvetty texture when applied; and this fantastic little product for eyes is the latest to become my new best friend.

With extracts of white tea to aid in the fight against anti-oxidants and white birch to iron out creases and wrinkles, it is soothing and makes your eyes feel instantly smoother. So smooth in fact, that as with the mouisturiser, I have to resist the urge to keep stroking my face!

Size-wise, it comes in a very small container and is of what I would say is an average price for premium beauty products, but it does last for a long time as you only need the smallest dab patted under your eyes. It's one of those luxury products I grab whenever there is a promotion on as it will last you a long time and seems to work! This is definitely worth £26.
