Great for keeping a room cool.

Advantages: Good room coverage and lots of useful modes such as the timer.
Disadvantages: Clunky and very pastic. Noisy too.
Those of you who own a convensional fan may not want to go to one such as the Bionaire but I for one would say that there is hardly any difference, if anything, purchasing the Bionaire is a step in the right direction. It has 3 speeds similar to any other fan and its oscillation allows it to cover most of, if not all of a room. It is a lot less clunky than a conventional fan and there is no fiddling about with titlting the head in the right direction because it is a tower fan. The sleep mode and breeze modes are innovative features but I feel are not as useful as the manufacturer states however, the timer allows the user to set an off time after 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours which is very useful. On the other hand, the device is quite clunky and plastically and during the night it can make noises as if someone is trying to escape out of it. For the £25 price tag there are better fans out there but there is nothing overly wrong with this one
Summary: Worth the £25 price tag but does lack in build quality.
