Nice looking little fan.
Member Name: Larrabee
Advantages: not unattractive, does what it says on the tin
Disadvantages: A bit noisy
I bought this fan because my bedroom gets incredibly stuffy in the summer and I was finding it hard to sleep due to the heat.
The thing I like most about this fan is that its a bit more attractive than the big white plastic monstrosities you normally see! Its quite compact and unobtrusive and is more likely to fit in with your decor.
There are three settings which have been enough for me. The top setting is actually very powerful and can blow papers and things away of you aren't careful about where you put it. The lowest setting is a bit calmer and just right for keeping a breeze flowing on a hot day.
The power cable is long enough, unlike on some other fans I've had, so there's a bit of flexibility on where in a room you can place it.
The only downside to this fan is that it is quite noisy. There's a constant hum from it when its turned on, even on the lowest setting which can be distracting at first and you'll have to turn up the volume on the TV! However I've got used to the noise after a few months and I can now sleep through it perfectly fine.
Summary: Great little fan, I wouldn't be without it in the summer months.
