The Micromark MM30081 is a small, unobtrusive fan that is able to produce a fairly reasonable breeze. It comes disassembled so you're going to need a screwdriver. As long as you follow the included instructions, you shouldn't run into any problems. The clip mechanism is extremely handy as it allows you to clip it onto tables and shelves. I have mine clipped onto the end of my desk, and it performs as it should.
