Last year for halloween, I didn't know what to dress as. I like dressing up for parties and I thought I would do something I hadn't dressed as before, so I went onto Amazon in search of an outfit. After a lot of searching I came across the Cell Block Cutie Convict. This is a prisoners outfit, but with a bit of a difference.
