Advantages: Great comfort, Great vision, Great look

Disadvantages: Expensive, When you loose them

Me Oakley’s, don’t that just put a smile on anyone’s face.
I stumbled across me Juliet when I was in the good old U.S.A. well Florida to be precise I was in a warehouse outlet centre stumbled across a sunglass hut with a sale on dropped in had a good look around thought I would probably go with O’Neil’s. But then my eyes and her lenses met across a crowded room (sorry got carried away). But just the sight of them they looked perfect, had a chat to the nice lady behind the counter whom allowed me to try and a few different sizes, which is good for me as I shameful admit to having a large head. Eventually I found the pair that were just right for me they fitted so comfortably the design of the glasses was one of the most comfortable I have ever felt, which was surprising as the previous pair of Oakley sunglasses I owned were a lot lighter from plastics not metal but you don’t feel the weight at all just a snug fit

Well after you get the size and fit right then you get to choose lenses colour, as for frames I don’t know about other places but they only had titanium. But as for the lenses I got to choose between gold tints and blue tints. Mind these choices because I did purchase them sometime a go and I know that Oakley is always trying to diversify their ranges.
I personally went for the gold tints and I thought they suited the colour of the frames very nicely.

I was then present with a cloth holding case for storing and cleaning the lenses, but decided to invest just that bit extra (and if you’re buying Oakley sunglasses then lets face it a bit extra is well worth it) for the solid case a kind of sausage shaped strong box. I put it to the test with cramming into a suitcase with the other thousand things I ended up buying from the warehouse centre and sh
amefully Disney outlets.

First thing I did when I got out of the store was, yeah well its obvious isn’t it I put them on for about an hour on a cloudy day. The frames are made very stiff so that they do not wiggly or move on your head at all. As wearing the around the lenses keep out the bright light so well but do not ruin your vision at all you can still make out clear colours and edges, things are dimmed down unlike cheaper sunglasses which I find just make most things blackish.

Back home in “sunny” old England I got my first really sunny day to wear them (does a little jump of joy) playing football at the park, well it’ll be ok what are the chances of the ball hitting me in the face. Yeah word of advice do not test fate, well I got hit in the face and the glasses didn’t break didn’t even fall of just carried on playing, I felt like “Davids” playing for Holland, he is the one with the fitted glasses or goggles to keep out UV light.

Quality apparently never goes out of fashion (according to Levi’s) and I would have to agree, these glasses are pricey with me paying $250 do not know the conversion to well so I will not try. You now have a pair of sunglasses for life that look good, feel good, and work well.

Word of warning when wearing these sunglasses for long hours at a time be careful when taking them off outside because its so well shaded behind them that you forget how light it is outside.

I am sad to report well changing rooms in my current house I have lost my pair of Oakley’s if you want to give me a minute silence it would be appreciated.
