I adore Radley and have done for some time. Ever since I landed my first full time job I have made it my lifes mission to buy a Radley bag and matching purse as I think they are so beautiful. Over the years I have longed to indulge but have been put off by the high prices, one bag that caught my eye was over £200 which I couldnt justify, especially when I was made redundant 3 years ago.

I finally gave in a couple of weeks ago and began my Radley collection by buying a purse at the flagship store on the Kings Road in London. My partner and I were in two for the weekend and he was encouraging me to treat myself after the crap few months we'd had and also because for a change I actually had the money to spend.

At the time many of the items on sale had 20% off which I believe is very rare for Radley, perhaps the credit crunch is affecting them too? anyway after much umming and ahhing I finally selected the purse I wanted - it had to be one that was big enough for all my crap and also with a photo holder - it cost £38 which is a good deal I think for something so beautifully made.

The purse is made from black leather with the famous little radley dogs on the front in pink and baby blue. Its lined and has many pockets and sections for all your bits and bobs. I love the fact all their purses are sold with protective bags to keep them in good condition. I use mine even when the purse is in my handbag as theres no way I'm risking the purse getting scuffed after I've waited so long for it.

When I chose my purse it was lovingly wrapped up in tissue then placed in a gift bag and sealed, even the receipt was placed in a little wallet and handed to me as if it was a diamond necklace, I love service like this and it makes a great different when you're spending so much money.

I'm looking forward to buying my first Radley bag to match my gorgeous purse, perhaps in the New Year once the Xmas spending is out of the way.

I'm officially addicited to Radley items now, they're beautifully made and worth every penny
