My problem is the same as many women, I am not a standard size - I have a small waist (27 inches), wide hips and average leg length. I don t normally shop in Asda but when I do I always look in the George department, especially now. ... a strange figure. Big hips, small waist, average sized thighs but I m short. So the big hips and short legs never, ever go hand in hand with jeans. Especially not cheap ones - which is rubbish for me! If you have a figure like mine, then I suggest you walk the other way. For the right person, I m sure these are a brilliant fit. Once I tried these on, I found that the waist was too big for my hips, or the leg was too long. Even if you try a petite, something never works, and I don t know what it is, but these were definitely not flattering! Very good price though, I ll give Asda that. I do like a good bargain! Just these jeans were not good for the bigger hip lady....
