This is called a dress sometimes.

And it shouldn't be.

I bought this dress is grey (in my opinion the nicest colour,) and it fits so nicely! As in, makes me look so nice on the top half. But it is just toooooo short! If it was that inch longer, I could wear it with tights, and it would be fine!

I don't like this item as a skirt, as I find the waist band is too thick, and therefore shortens your body.

This item comes in many colours, patterns and finishes. For the more shy girls, a block colour is best. But for all the brave ones, go for a metallic finish!
You can also wear it with the American Apparel sash, and I think that looks very pretty, (pictured.)

Pricewise, it is average, but I was disappointed that I spent that amount of money on something I'm not even going to wear.

I would only recommend this dress to short people, so they can wear it well, and properly.
