American Eagle Outfitters

It makes sense that this store name is called "American" Eagle Outfitters. Apparently it hasn't crossed over the pond yet, and it's a little strange that it hasn't. If you're taking a trip to the States and have an interest in funky and comfortable clothing, I recommend you stop by American Eagle. American Eagle also ship to the UK, but as I'm unable to pay for the postage at the moment, I'm trying to avoid it! I have to say though, that I remain very tempted. What is American Eagle? I love American eagle, however it is not over here in the UK. Upon my regular trips over to the USA I make sure that I am able to stop by a store, however I also sometimes look on the website and check to see if there is anything decent on there and get it sent over here. Think of AE as cheaper version of Abercrombie and Fitch however it is not viewed as a knock off version but rather a respectable design of its own. American Eagle is a funky little store that is comparable to Abercrombie & Fitch, just a lot less expensive. I first discovered this great store while I was on my gap year in America and I bought so many clothes that I could have been sponsored by them! I like their slogan t-shirts the most as they have a large selection of tops with different designs. They are only about $20, which I thought was a bargain. With Abercrombie dominating the UK fashion scene, American Eagle have yet branched out in the UK, but boy, I wish they would! I first came across American Eagle (www.ae.com) when browsing for clothes stores online. I was immediately attracted to the casual, preppy style of American Eagle's clothing, which I felt was similar to that of Abercrombie & Fitch and Jack Wills, and was very pleased to find that they shipped to the UK.
