Advantages: nice quality
Disadvantages: size
I am a big fan of T Shirts - there's something about a t-shirt fitting between that gap between smart and casual that I really like. I have a nice collection of Ts, including ones from the USA, but this one was home-grown, snapped up from Play.com.
These t-shirts are currently in Debenhams for £30, but are just £15 from play.com, which is a real bargain.
So what are they? 100% cotton t-shirts with the animal logo on the front and a cool split screen camper with two surf-boards on the roof-rack silk screened onto the front. Authentic animal tags inside and logo on the sleeve.
The material is really smooth and soft - top quality fabric is used, as is the silk-screen which looks like it will be staying put for a long old time. Colour-wise, there are 4, and I have the brown one. It's a fairly dark retro brown, and looks lovely.
The main thing I dislike about this product is the size. I bought large, which is the right fit for me. I am 6"2 tall and weigh 13 st 9, with a bit of a belly on me, so there's your sizing reference. Despite the fact that it fits well, it is annoying because it's a very loose fit. What I mean is it hangs down vertically, and is not at all fitted. This is really annoying, as it has the shape of a cheap t-shirt, and even though it's the right size, it therefore appears a bit big. If I had known this I would not have bought it, as I like the fitted ones a lot more.
All in all, it's a nice t-shirt, but one that looks a little bit tent-like because it isn't fitted at all.
For a better fitted t-shirt, try the 'I am McLovin' brown Tee from the same range.
Summary: up to you
