Advantages: Comfortable and longlasting clothing

Disadvantages: The hoody sizes can be a big "out" (see review)

Animal sell clothing items such as hoodies, t-shirts, shorts, footwear, eyewear, hats, belts, bags, watches etc and is a design-led sports brand (surfwear, skatewear, mountainbikewear etc).

Animal has shops across the country, including in outlets such as Cheshire Oaks. Animal clothing can also be found in other shops.

Animal's website - www.animal.co.uk - shows it's current range of clothing, split into Mens & Womens. The website also shows brand related news, events, dealers, company information and a community section.

I have 3 items of Animal branded clothing - A hoody, a zipped hoody and a pair of shorts. The quality of the clothing is excellent (as you would expect from a well known brand such as Animal) and wears well. I find the clothing very comfortable, but find with the tops (especially the hoodies) that one size bigger than I actually am fits better, e.g. if you're a womens size 12 I would advise trying a size 14 unless you like your tops tight. However, the size 12 shorts should fit a size 12 fine. (However, I can't comment on the mens sizes).

Animal's prices are in line with likewise brands and sometimes a little cheaper than others, I have found. The Animal shops sometimes have sales and earlier this year I walked into the Animal shop in Shrewsbury to find everything was 50% off! Talk about a bargain :) I also find that the stock in the shops changes on a regular basis, so there's always something new to find.

I don't often look for branded clothing, but I do like Animal's range of clothes.
