      An ok cropped trouser

When it comes to George clothing from Asda it really is something I end up purchasing rather often in with my weekly shop. I usually love the quality and style offered as well as the pocket friendly prices!

With the warmer weather coming up and me having a major chuck out of my winter clothes, when I spotted these cropped linen look and feel 3/4 trousers in light pink at only £10.00 a pair, and after trying them and liking the fit of them I bought them and wouldn't wait to get wearing them!

      The Cropped Trousers:

These come in one colour only (although at the moment Asda do have a few different styles of mixed linen cropped trousers on sale) and that colour is a really, really light pink...think white with a hint of pink to them. They come in sizes 8-24 and are a thin material and thus lightweight though they are well made with no hanging bits of thread or anything like that.

Made from 55% Linen and 45% Cotton these are fully machine washable and suitable for tumble drying and ironing and like I have said are thin and lightweight.

They have a matching coloured small button to the top of the trousers and six large belt hoops (though they don't come with a belt) and a deep pocket to either side of the front of them. They skim the calfs (depending on your height!) and have another two pockets on the bottom area, again which are rather deep. They have large hems, all the stitching is done really well and neatly and I feel that these are very true to size however they have very little 'give' in them as they do not have an elasticated waist or anything like that and are fitted in style.

The only drawback with these is that although they are comfortable enough and once you've washed and worn them a few times because the material at first it rather rough on the skin they are very transparent. The pockets you can see through rahter badly and because they are very light trousers you do need to be careful what undies you wear with them.

Nice enough, great for holidays but with no belt given and only one colour available these are ok though I am not happy I may flash my pants at people without being aware of it!
