“ Brand: Asos / Female / Type: Jeans „
Asos had probably the biggest online sale that I had seen amongst the fashion retailers I spent a good hour trawling through the different sections of the sale picking out items that I'd loved but couldn't justify the price tag. The Asos Iggy Overdyed black skinny jeans weren't a product I'd seen before and just came across it whilst browsing the sale.
The jeans are skinny in style but are somewhat tighter than other skinny jeans that I own but they flatter my figure so I'm not too fussed about that it is just a warning in case you were curious about just how tight the style of the jean is. There is 2 small pockets at the front of the jeans but it is impossible to fit anything into them as they are skin tight! There are also two back pockets. There is no 'give' or elasticity in the waist so if you are in limbo as to which size you need it's probably safer to opt for the bigger size. The jeans fasten with a button and a zip.
The black jeans have been a wardrobe staple of mine since I ordered them about 2 months I've worn them so much as I struggle to find jeans that actually fit me and these are perfect. They are also something different from the usual blue jeans and is somewhat thicker and more flattering than leggings. They also go well to flat shoes, trainers or high heels for whichever look you are going for.
I have worn these jeans casually shopping with plain vest tops and also to the pub with a floaty shirt and jewellery which makes these jeans so versatile it's no wonder I've worn them so much!
Given that I have worn them so much they have equally been washed as much, I would advise washing them alone for the first wash as they have been chemically dyed so the dye may run into other garments alongside the jeans in the washing machine. The guidelines state that you should wash the jeans on a 40 degree wash. Washing these jeans does not mean compromising the quality or shape of the jeans which is just as well as they are fast becoming my fave jeans!
I paid £24 for these jeans reduced from £30 which isn't a massive saving but better than nothing at all! £24 for a pair of jeans is very reasonable especially for a pair that is highly fashionable and a great fit.
