Advantages: nice colours, good quality
Disadvantages: expensive and hard to get a good fit
Benetton clothing bears the name: United colours of Benetton. Ther range of italian styled clothing is well known for its distinct colour range and styling. Benetton cater for men, women and children and most of their range is bring and colourful. It is reallt geared to the younger end of the market but oolder people like the colours too. I think that colours choices vary quite a lot and they depend very much on that seasons stock. There have ben times when I hated all the colours in Benetton and had to wait until the new seasons range came in. Our local Benetton branch has closed and there is, unfortunately not a store nearby. Benetton are well known for their sometimes controversial advertising campaigns but its getting increasingly difficult to find a store. In general I have found Benetton clothing to be stylish and hard wearing. I have never had any problems with washing it. (Always wash dark colours seperately, though, as with anything else). The only problem I have had is getting a good fit from clothes. A standard size ten tends to be a bit tight in the waist for me if I buy from Benetton but a size twelve is too big on the hips. (This isn't usually a problem!) So, my advice here is to try things on if you buy from Benetton. Don't rely on the fact that a certain size always fits you.
