... bought a Berlei shock absorber bra from the internet, after reading many recommendations in magazines. I do TaeKwonDo regularly and needed a sports bra for support. I found they gave a guide as to which level shock absorber you require depending on which sport you would be using the bra for. This was really helpful as otherwise I would probably have bought the wrong one. I decided on level 3(fairly supportive) and waited for the postman. When it arrived I tested it at a TaeKwonDo session and found it was very supportive and reduced bounce. ... am quite big chested so wanted a bra that would support me when doing sports. When I was in my car one day I saw a big poster with Anna Kournikova and 'only the balls should bounce' I knew the bra was for me. I got a catalogue out to check how much it was and read about it, it was what I wanted and Berlei did it.
